World’s Worst Haircut, Take II

A few years back, I took a picture of the worst haircut in the world…well, it seems he’s back for round two.

Maybe it’s not the person cutting the hair…perhaps it’s just the hair itself.

At this point, seriously man…just get it shaved and start over.  Perhaps that will make it grow back again.

However, all is not lost…at least this time you don’t look like Judge Doom.
